Course Description: Karen has adapted a traditional Zwirnknöpf thread-wrapped button to an oval ring to make an intricate Easter egg decoration. Students can choose their own colors for this class.

Skill Level: Continuing Beginner

Prerequisite: At least one previous thread button class, or some experience making with thread buttons.

Time: 9:00 am – 11:00 am PDT

Kit: $4. Kit may be purchased here. NOTE: Students outside the US please email VirtualWorkshops@thelacemuseum.org before ordering a kit.

Kit Description: The kit will contain a wooden ring, tapestry needle, beeswax and a clip. The instructions will be emailed so you can print them before class.

Students Must Provide: Three colors (for example two plus white) of pearl cotton #5 thread, scissors, measuring tape.
