Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges of all purchases except for Videos on Demand are allowed within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase. Videos on Demand are non-refundable.

Please contact us at lacemuseum@gmail.com to describe the problem and initiate a return or exchange.

If an item was damaged during shipping, The Lace Museum will cover the customer's cost of shipping the item back to us. If it is not damaged, the customer will cover the return cost or may bring it to the Lace Museum if they are local.

Exchanges will be processed according to our normal Shipping process once the item(s) are received at The Lace Museum.
