Course Description: In this beginner-level workshop, you will learn how to create four different patterns in the Paraguayan style of needle lace, ñandutí. You will learn both darning and knotted patterns. Once completed, each piece of lace will be lightly starched and then removed from its fabric background.

Kit Description: The kit includes: wooden frame, fabric square, cord for stretching fabric, large-eyed needle for cording, template for designs
Students Must Provide: Perle cotton thread, size 8; needle; small, sharp scissors; white glue and small sponge (or other preferred fabric starch)
