Course Description: Do you know the basics of Filet Crochet (open mesh, closed mesh and lacets), but not some of the different ways to make more complex Filet Crochet Lace projects? Filet Crochet Lace is a great technique for making doilies, centerpieces, tablecloths, insertions, edgings and much more. In this 4-hour class, you’ll add to your basic Filet Crochet knowledge, learning increases, decreases, diagonal stitches, shadow filet mesh and more to create more complex Filet Crochet Lace projects.
Skill Level: Intermediate
Prerequisite: Must know basic crochet stitches and be comfortable working with crochet threads, along with small steel crochet hooks. Must know how to read and follow written crochet patterns and/or symbol crochet charts. Should have some experience with basic filet crochet.
