Course Description: The butterfly was designed to be mounted in a dream catcher ring to hang at your window, so that the sequins catch the light and sparkle. Work all in white or add some color, using techniques of floral Beds. Techniques being covered include adding sequins, overlaid leaf tallies, raised and rolled tallies, and twisted gimp in the trail.

Skill Level: Intermediate

Prerequisite: At least the equivalent of Elizabeth Peterson’s Beds Continuing 2 class. Best to have experience in floral Beds techniques of adding in and throwing out pairs, and the usual plaits, picots, leaf tallies, etc.

Kit Description: The kit is a laser-cut, ready-to-work pricking with the pattern sheet, photographs and some instructions.

Students Must Provide: 115 pairs Aurifil 50/2 + Cotton Perle 8, 4mm sequins, and usual bobbin lace supplies.
