Size 10 is equivalent to a DMC Pearl cotton size 5. This size is great to use when learning to tat and is recommended for use with tatting needle sizes 3-0 or 5-0. Each ball is $4.25, 25 grams and approx. 122 yards.

Size 20 is equivalent to a DMC Pearl Cotton 8. This is a very common size for tatting projects. It is recommended for use with tatting needle sizes 5-0 or 7-Fine. Each ball is $4.25, 25 grams and approx. 210 yards.

Size 40 is equivalent to a DMC Pearl Cotton 12. It is excellent for tatting and bobbin lace projects. The recommended tatting needle is size 7-Fine. Each ball is $4.50, 25 grams and approx. 300 yards.

Size 80 is a wonderful size for small lacy projects. It is excellent for tatting and bobbin lace projects. The recommended tatting needle is size 8-Extra Fine. Each ball is $3.10, 10 grams and approx. 184 yards.
