Kit for Oya Edgings Basics

This is the kit for the Oya Edgings Basics workshop.

Course Description: In this course, you will learn the fundamental skills of Igne Oya, Turkish needle lace. We will start with the most basic knots, increasing and decreasing, changing threads, and keeping an even tension. From this basis you will be able to learn increasingly intricate edgings and flowers.

Dates: 5 Fridays - March 21, 28, April 4, 11, 25, 2025

Time: 9:00 am -11:00 am PDT

Kit Description: Kit will include instructions, patterns, #18 tapestry needle, plastic templates to work on.

Students Must Provide: Sharp scissors, Lizbeth thread (or similar crochet cotton) size 10 in a medium or light color(s) of your choice.
