Kit for A Taste of Needle Lace - Holiday Edition

This kit accompanies the "A Taste of Needle Lace - Holiday Edition" workshop.

Course Description: Looking for a handmade holiday gift? Join Linda Kay to make a quick needle lace ornament. Needle lace has been made for centuries using thread so fine you need magnification to examine it. That is not an easy way to understand the basics of this lace technique that is done primarily with a buttonhole stitch. “A Taste of Needle Lace” will introduce you to two fundamental stitches using size 5 Perle Cotton in a holiday color or white. The stitches are single corded Brussels stitch and double corded Brussels stitch. Once mastered, the techniques can be applied to other fiber work.

Kit Description: The kit contains perle cotton #5 in red and white, a needle and three rings. Shipping is included and the kit will be sent by the instructor.
