It is an ideal small piece of Bedfordshire lace to try experimenting with a different colored worker, in either a solid color, variegated or a metallic thread. It also incorporates sequins. The samples were worked with white Finca 60 thread and a Madeira Metallic 40 thread for a worker. The color can just be used on the two long waves (the blue sample) or for the small splashes as well (silver sample).
